I'm not disappointed in the news. I told you that he union would NEVER get a three year contract and that they would lose the main strike issue.

I also knew that the union could not continue a strike through the holidays and would have to give up.

Had the union conceded the contract period up front, there would have been no strike. The workers once again suffered over a "union" as opposed to a "worker" issue.

The union will try and spin this as a victory but clearly it was just another very expensive union fiasco.
