California Card Rooms are listed at ChipGuide.com. When you click on California it lists Indian Gaming locations, but if you look at the very top of the list, you will see the link to California Card Rooms. That will link you to John Kallman's Califorinia Card Room Site.

I do not have any info regarding Washington State card rooms, or what criteria Greg uses to list something.
