I have a oppertunity to get a $5 Holiday Casino, Las Vegas chip that originaly was a $5 chip!

Instead of being notched, a gold raised overlay saying NO CASH VALVE has been applied to each side of the chip and dead center on both sides!

Is this a odd ball item? Value? Thanks!
