Probably this mold. I understand they are cheap chips made in the far East. You probably wouldn't want this chip mold for a classy home set.

Nobody seems to know why Caesars Tahoe had these made. Some say counterfeit, but why counterfeit a chip with no denomination. Probably made for a promotion at the casino, or maybe a time-share giveaway at one of the Lake Tahoe operations.
