I am not really a collector of illegal chips but I do collect chips from West Virginia. This chip will be added to my huge collection of two.

The Pirate Cafe was located in Wheeling, West Virginia during the 1940's. That is about all I know about it. I imagine it was one of the Detroit or Cleveland mob casinos.

If anyone has any West Virginia chips they would like to sell or trade please let me know.
