Still not knowing alot about chips but did you ever think its worth 10 Grand (maybe not to you but to him it may be). I've seen items on eBay I wouldn't give you 2¢ for but didn't W. C. Fields say "There's a Sucker born every minute".
It only takes 1 bid for him to sell it and then again that bidder can also retract his or her bid too.
Brings me to an Item in the Lottery Collecting World, lets see a show of hands out there. Did you know that there is one ticket that was produced (only one State made them) with the World Trade Centers on it. Does anybody know?
Wouldn't you think its Rare then if you had one or two or even the whole Set. Seems you need a disaster to bring the best out on people. I've seen this ticket on eBay for anywhere from $150 - $500.00 for the single ticket.
It depends upon what the Seller thinks of how Rare this Chip or Lottery Ticket is, if thats the case then my meager collection of Chips is "Priceless"

If you care the answer to the lottery question is: #78 Set of 5 different from New York (produced in December 1991).
