The intent of my post was to debate the idiotic propaganda that all managers are inept and cannot do the jobs that they ask their employees to do.

As for Atlantic City
They knew going out what they were getting into with the hours and work. I went and I worked it and there really is not any financial gain by going if you are a salaried manager. I don't expect to see any changes in my paycheck.

I worked long days and did my job very well, thank you very much! Even was complimented on how well I did my job. Hmmm job no training... and did my job better then people that I was replacing... and striking workers replaced with 1/6 the workforce and running as well. Go Unions!

That's the last I am going to comment on this issue. I'm going back to chipping : )
