As a front line manager for Harrah's I can and do all of the jobs I ask my employees to do and I work on the front line everyday. So I really take offense to the union propaganda you are spewing.
Maybe it's not like that in the rail transportation business, but that is how it is in the Harrah's corporate culture.
As for Atlantic City - Harrah's is down 2,000 union employees and it is being run very well by 300 managers and supervisors. Looks to me like they will be cutting un-needed jobs in the future.
