The point I tried to make was that people like Todd, that I assume are first line managers are salaried employees. When a Union goes on strike they get to try and do the jobs others are expected to do on a regular basis.
Nothing wrong with that, that's just the way it works. Now, I have had a couple others Email and say that he just went to cross a picket line to make a bunch of money. I am sorry, that is deplorable. He deserves all the hard work he gets to earn the "blood money." If that is the case, he is a scab.
While, I DO NOT agree with some of the Teamsters situations and demands in specific cases, I do support them.
Tyrus, everyone has their own viewpoints. I have stated mine and I stand by them.
Union vs Salaried is a topic that causes tempers to flare and it always will.
Todd,s aches and pains in his situation I feel are deserved and of his own choice. He volunteered for the situation, so he should live with it and quit whining.
