I worked for a company based out of the Bay area. Every year, they would have a management retreat outside of Redwood City...at "The Family Farm". I don't know the history of the place, but it has/had a main building and a bunch of old bungalows. The main building had a stage and on the walls were pictures from long ago when the "members" would dress-up and put on plays and skits. And in this building was a sign that is a replica of your chip's inlay -- "The Family...Keep Young". Beautiful location...beat up old open bungalows to sleep in, cold showers...and lots of card games.
