I guess I've probably been on Powell St. at sometime and I am always facinated by chips with fragments of paint on them, in this case, yellow. I always wonder why someone's painting chips?

Googled up the Film Row Club after a board request for ID. Found a 9th Circuit Court case against a Leslie Cohen who wasn't exactly forthcoming in listing his bookmaking income from a SF cardclub he owned, the Kingston Club. From the case: "Cohen also received income from a San Francisco establishment known as the Film Row Club." Guess you shouldn't list your occupation as "betting commisoner"!
