Not certain but I believe the 1967 run of tokens by the Franklin Mint contained no 'proof' tokens nor any 'proof-like' tokens.
I believe the first run were encased and many presented to casino officials. The next portion of the run were considered 'proof-like' and the remainder were considered 'house'
I also believe that all 'proof' tokens manufactured by the Franklin Mint are smooth edged as opposed to redded or part reeded and carry a 'proof mark' on the outer edge.
Basically I am saying there was a single run of the 1967 $1 tokens and condition is acctually the portion of the run that the token was produced.
