I am just back from a quick 2 day business trip to Puerto Rico. I did manage to stop by a few casinos in San Juan. And lo and behold, new chips.

The $1 chip from the Wyndham Condado Plaza is brand new, I had not seen it before. They are still using the old Condado Plaza chips for the higher denominations.

The Diamond Place $1 chip is a new color. The previous chip, some still on the tables, was beige and the new chip is white.

The new San Juan Marriot $1 chip has a bolder $1.00 and larger print for "Resort & Casino".

The Inter-Continental $1 chip is relatively new, I had seen it before.

Also visited the Ambassador Plaza, but they are still using the very old and very worn H&C chips. But it was my best stop on the trip, playing three card poker, I hit a three of a kind on a $20 bet for a pay out of over $700.

The La Concha and Condado Beach hotel casinos are closed and under construction. I don't know if they will reopen as hotels with casinos.
