I just figured that everyone would know they
were reproduction as only a fool would sell real Sands chips at this price.
Until they show up in another auction from someone who doesn't know the origin, selling them as original old obsolete chips. And then some buyer who doesn't know, will buy a fake at a high price and get burned.
While the seller is honest and doesn't make untrue claims, he's missing the point that making chips that appear to be old and use old closed casino names, is a recipe for trouble.
Why can't he make them with the name of a casino that never existed? Because then they won't LOOK like old Real casino chips. Which is exactly the reason they will create a problem in the future.
