I just got my first neautral feedback (at least it wasn't a negative) because someone won an auction from me and kept sending the payment to the wrong account. I actually maintain 2 paypal accounts now so that if someone wants to pay by credit card then they can, they just have to send it to the account I tell them to, but this guy paid to the wrong account TWICE (I refunded straight away both times), ignored (or at least never replied) to the 4 emails I sent him, and still I get a neutral feedback telling me I am difficult to deal with. In the meantime I still have the chips and no payment!
I'm stuck with Paypal because I'm not in the US and so apart from cash I don't have any useful choices, but it's damn annoying!!!
