Chris; There IS such a filter that you have requested. It's defined by the NCR inserted into the title of the post. It means "NON CHIP RELATED". Those purists who think thechipboard was created strictly for chip topics, can skip over any post that has NCR in the title and allow the rest of us to make posts (and READ posts) on non-chipping matters.... including Mr. Weisenbacher.
