You completely strayed away from the original debate. The point was you were unhappy about the 5 chip limit. Did you only get 5 chips? or did you get as many as you needed? I did not say you bought 1/2 the release. I was pointing out that I suspected you would have been happier if they had offered you a number which was greater than you needed (that doesnt mean you would have bought all they offered you) rather than just 5. Tell me that isnt true.

I dont like people that rip me off, short change me on orders and then dont bother responding to emails. Youve had opportunities to rectify 4 outstanding matters and have not done so. Is it any surprise Ive got a problem with you. I will pass the matters on to the claims director.
