500 chips seems like a fair hoard to me.*g*

Also, 4 months ago I bought a couple of 4Q LE chips from Andy in quantities of 40. These chips were issued over 2 years ago. Surprising someone could come up with that many after 2 years if they were not being hoarded.

I am not stating they were not hoarded responsibly
