Pam; Using other's images on ebay is not against the law, but it is just as wrong as spitting on the sidewalk or smoking in an elevator or using foul language at a sporting event. People do it all the time.

Ebay does take a negative view on the practice ... which can result in suspension or revocation of ebay privileges.
