I wouldn't bother to change my password UNLESS I CLICKED ANY OF THE LINKS IN THE EMAIL AND GAVE INFO ON THE PAGE THE LINK DIRECTED ME. Or unless I replied to the e-mail with any vital info. I get spoofs like this all the time, and I never answer them and never change my password and no bad results.
