Is anyone else having trouble paying for items in PayPal? I won a couple auctions last night, and each time I try to pay for them, I get a PayPal error ("message 3004"). I have done nothing that would have altered my pc environment, and have tried to get in now from work as well, but can't. Anybody know if the server is down or something? Thanks in advance.
