A friend recently found a $100 Tommy McDonnell Stardust chip/business card at an estate sale.

The Chip Rack does not list this one. It lists a Tommy McDonnell $1000 chip/card but not a $100. Has anyone seen this before, is it common?

I believe it is paper, but I have emailed him to make sure.
