These are the River City, Crescent City Queen chips I'm aware of, Vadim. The backup chips were not available from Paul-son retail stores, to my knowledge and are harder to find. The 500 with red and grey inserts is the harder one of that denomination.
I believe all the high value chips you will find are cancelled or de-cancelled chips sold by Paul-son or whoever got the chips when the boat closed in 1995. The hotstamp cancels are fairly easiy to remove and the chips look nice when this is done carefully. Some collectors even machine the center of the chip to smooth out the cancel depressions so you can hardly detect the remains.
I'd say most of the de-cancelled chips are worth $3-8, with the scarcer backup chips worth maybe $15-20. Greg Susong's riverboat reference has lower prices for the cancelled chips, but I don't know where you would go today to find these chips for $1 each.
I have a few of the chips from both boats available for sale if anyone needs them. The second boat was named Gran Palais, and they alternately sailed from the same dock to shorten the wait time for new gamblers.
