We also have workers from other closed plants in our plant ( The Union) found a way to let them tranfer here - Yes, Replacement workers have been brought in to work in some places and Broke the Union - Now these Replcement workers have jobs but at a much lower pay level and very little insurance coverage -( Wishing they had a union )- We have Unions who gave the company everythig they wanted and the company still closed plants and moved overseas - So if a company is going to move it doesn't matter what the workers do - it will move.
