they make a 2 hour fire safe. It's about $500. The decsription, in part-
"2-hour U.L. fire label, furnace-tested to 1,850 degrees, safe's interior temperature was less than 350 degrees."
Hotter than a dashboard in the Trop parking lot...then again, I have an El Rancho that's scorched but not warped.
I guess it's a do-the best-you-can situation.
The paper won't burn at 350 degrees, but what about the mylar or polypropylene storage? Melting, shrinking...
So is it worth $500 to try? Hmmmmmm.
