With Netscape

Click on EDIT (along the toolbar up top)
Preferences
Privacy and Security
Manage Stored Passwords

Just delete all the Chipboard Passwords, and next time Netscape asks if you want to remember a password for this site (not other sites, just the Chipboard or WebBBS sites) click NO.

Done, you'll never see it again.

Now if what Greg says is true about the header material, I'd never know, because to me it looks fine and I don't use IE to look at TCB? Maybe I'm missing something?
