Actually the Casino in Verona, NY (Turning Stone Casino isn't on reservation land) but they bought it and built it anyways. They do have a claim to about 250,000 arces in NY in the court system right now, it hasn't gone anywhere in the 20 years. They do just about what they want anyways.
