Actually it would apply to anybody who does business with ebay. Do you get the TKO Notice that your account will be deleted unless you send the correct information to Whom ever has sent the bogus email to you.

Sometimes I wonder if I should change my email address, user ID or throw the computer out into the street. I know your not suppose to email them back and I do know ebay always tells you they will never ever ask for any information from you but these email from Whom ever are getting annoying :>(
