I read on eBay today that they are lowering the monthly limit on accepting PayPal payments for Personal Accounts to $500 in November. That is, of course, for sales of merchandise by auction or otherwise. May put a crimp in some folks ability to take PayPal for their chip sales. It doesn't take many nice chips to go over $500...
