Most of you know I am new at collecting and I am sure I am not alone when it comes to using the TCR. I too recently came across a "NO Market Chip"

Will somebody clarify this better. I read the previous post. No market literally means NO Market as in nobody wants them ???? I took it to mean that there just is no market for them Help!!!!!
