Someone kindly sent me a beautiful horse racing pen and its from Dunkirk, NY from D.C.C. I know I've seen this address but do not have a clue who sent it. I want to personally thank that the person for the thoughtfulness of thinking of my horseracing collection. Would that someone please step forward? I'm sure its a chipper because I dont have anybody but chippers in NY.
