That wrong ZIP sure throws a kink in the issues. What happens if the chip arrives next week? Will the buyer jump up and shout, hey it's here, and send the payment again?

That's something I always hated about Our US Postal "service"

They create the zipcode to make things better, but if it's wrong, the letter/package goes into the twilight zone.

Why can't they have a more favorable way of dealing with a small error?
