Harrah's and Caesars also agreed to sell Harrah's East Chicago, Harrah's Tunica and Bally's Tunica to Colony Capital.

Colony Capital also owns the Las Vegas Hilton and shortly owned Harveys Casino Resorts and sold it off to Harrah's in 2001.
