The $10 goes to the prizepool, $1 to the "house". The $1 is a fee for hosting the tourney. The bigger the buy-in, the bigger the "fee". I don't know of any on-line poker sites that accept Paypal. If you don't have a credit card or debit card that works I would suggest the Firepay of Neteller feature.
