Just found this one. Must have been an independent restaurant in the Sal Sagev (now Golden Gate) in Las Vegas. I'm assuming it's post prohibition so the Budweiser and Brook Hill mentions don't help date it. Surprised it says "newest", as TGT says this place opened in 1906!
