Anybody ever deal with ebay seller eimportsusa???

I have been biding on some home poker sets like this one

and they always seem to get bid up a buch by fairly new biders with 0 to 3 feedback. Some of them have bid on this persons auctions only. It looks a bit suspicous especialy when the seller has like 12 or 15 sets up at the same time all starting at 50 cents. I even bid on one that had 16 hours to go that had 3 sets ending before it with no bids on them and it still got bid up with no bids on the other sets??? The seller has a great feedback rating but these bids are just too coincidental???
