Hi Pete -

The problem described by Bob is a well known bug in Internet Explorer. I do not know whether or not this bug was fixed with the installation of SP2 but it (and other related problems) can be avoided by the periodic removal of temp internet files.

I delete all temp internet files as part of my nightly maintenance prior to virus scan, defragging the drives, file backup, etc. Ya'll are running nightly maintenance.... right?
