TO GOOD NOT TO PASS ON NeonFest

The first annual NeonFest started last night at Neonopolis on Fremont St. The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender International film festival runs through this Sunday. And they say that Las Vegas doesn't have any culture!
