I got this from Doug Saito at the Reno show. I've pretty much identified the S.N.O.A. as Southern Nevada Officiating Association. There is a basketball on the chip (two of them, in fact), along with a map of Nevada. The N.S.H.S.B.C.A. would seem to be Nevada State High School Basketball Coaches Association but I can Google up anything like that. It would seem the precise date in 1991 would help, but it doesn't.
NF on the obverse stands for.... National Finals? Nevada First? I can't read the lettering on the little trailers behind it but believe it's the same 7 letter association as on the reverse.
Any of you Vegans who have been around for 15 years able to further nail this down? Seems pretty strange that there would be a casino chip made for a high school sports association, given all the scandals about sports betting, but this was Nevada [g].
