COIN ALINGED - This refers to the alignment of the design to the face and reverse of the token. All U.S. coins are "Coin Aligned". If you take a U.S. coin and turn it over from top to bottom the design on the opposite side is right side up.

MEDALLION ALINGED - This refers to the alignment of the design to the face and reverse of the token. Most Silver Strike Tokens are "Medallion Aligned". If you turn the token over like you would a U.S. Coin the design opposite side is now upside down. The token must be turned from side to side, left to right, for the token design on the opposite side to be right side up.
