The NorthWest Social Club is atributed to Emeryville, but I can't place it there. I think that if it were there, it would have been in the closed Santa Fe Club building where the 1-2-8 paigow club was before remodeling and reopening as the King Midas Club. I require 2 points of proof of a clubs existance and location before accrediting it. Where was it? Who ran it? Was it licensed? etc.
