Upstate New York is anything north of Westchester County. :)

I have been to Akwesasne Mohawk casino, it's in Hogansburg, about 40 minutes from my alma mater, Clarkson University in Potsdam. Very close to the Canadian border, and all the dealers speak Canadian (How's it goin', eh? You hoser!).
