Why is it in favor of the Republicans if it has 1 Republican and 1 Democrat? Bush is the current Pres, running for reection which is why he is listed on that site.

How could it be in favor of Bush when it has a lot of unfavorable things about him?

I thought it was non-biased, I just wanted to share.
