Someone on our faculty sent (w/o permission) an autoamtic forwarding of all his mail on our server to his AOL account; that filled up; and the AOL server returned the posts; which then bounced back to AOL; and were returned, etc. When the loop was finally stopped our server had over 2,900,000 pieces of mail and it shut down.
