I can feel your frustration John because I do have a home warranty and this has been a nightmare. I reported the leak three weeks ago - it's still leaking. The leak can't be stopped without turning the water off to the entire house.

I've spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. The first plumber messed it up even worse than it was then tried to charge me my deductable. I looked at the pipes and when I saw them still leaking I told him to fix them right. He said he had to go to his truck to make a phone call, then he drove away!!

The second company was supposed to be here today and stood me up.

It was going to cost $400 for the simple repair, even with the warranty because not all of it was covered. I added some improvements to get it up to $1500.

Total freakin' nightmare!!!
