There is certainly nothing wrong with asking $2 per chip but I somewhat disagree with those who say that it is "more than fair".

Current chips commonly sell on ebay for less than $2 per chip including the cost to ship. For instance, using "buy it now" you can get 105 Nevada chips shipped to you for around $1.47 per chip.

One of my "rules of thumb" when buying chips on ebay is to never pay more than twice face for a current $1 chip after including shipping costs. This same "rule of thumb" would apply to any seller.
