Alrighty mi amigos, We are getting ready to get this ball rolling.

I'm asking for some final input from everyone.

To start with, all participants (both mentors, and mentees) will fill out a questionnaire. This will help me to match up people better, as well as to give each person a better idea of the person they will be matched with. Kind of like an introduction as well.

On the questionnaire, there will be a bunch of questions pertaining to main interests, time collecting, areas of weakness or strengths, and many other things in that realm.

Also, the mentee will be given a number of informative links to various resource sites on the web. I'd like everyone to send me links that they think would be good for this, as I'm sure there are some that I don't have listed that could also be useful.

The program will start off with an open call. This is where all mentees and mentors can put in a request to be matched with someone if they have someone in mind that they like. If I have both a mentor and a mentee that have both requested each other, then bingo- it'll be done.

All other requests will be considered from there. I'll inform all of the mentors in the program of all requests for them. From there, I will try to best match who I can.

The next area will be what I am calling the Active stage. The initial active stage will last for a period of 30 days.

At the conclusion of the initial 30 day active stage, if both people want to continue, they will need to let me know by email. Otherwise, the mentor relationship will conclude. I will notify both parties at the conclusion of the 30 day period and ask how both parties would like to proceed. Either party can reqauest to move on to another mentor/mentee, to continue, or to just wrap things up.

Either the mentee or the mentor of course can conclude the relationship at anytime. This may need to be done because of unforeseen real life issues that may arise, or possibly one or both parties just aren't compatable.

I have been writing various items on the program, but I'm also very open to everyone's input and ideas.

I have everyone that relayed interest to me in the past, but if you are interested in participating, there is still plenty of room.
