Thanks all -- I definitely will not lose sleep over it. Just thought others should know about him. I responded to his negative by emailing him that I would have to advise my friend of his packaging. He responded saying that a boycott protest to my friends sounds close to slander and business interference.

I guess he doesn't realize that the truth can not be slander and I don't know how I'm "business interference with his lousy shipping.
