Liberals always have very short memories.

President Nixon was handed and had to try and clean up yet another Democratic mess. That's a fact.

Your buddy seems to forget the double digit inflation and deep recession created by the Carter administration which President Reagan then had to clean up.

It was the economic strength of the Reagan/Bush adiministrations that were handed to the Clinton administration that once again converted it to a recession for a Republican administration to fix.

If President Clinton's second term had not been tempered by a Republican Congress, President Bush would have had an even bigger mess to clean up.

The Democratic record is one of disaster. It's all a matter of record but liberals can't be bothered with actual facts.
