Roy, I think that each casino has their own policy

regarding cameras and picture taking. I have seen several Las Vegas casinos posted with signage that specifically advises customers that pictures/cameras are OK.

When the new Desert Diamond facility here in Tucson opened last year, I stopped by and tried to take a few pictures and was immediately told to stop after I snapped two.

I think there might be a difference between taking a picture of people you are with, or taking "tourist" type pictures than walking up to the cashiers cage and asking everyone to say "cheese"! vbg
